Dharma Neethi S
Master in Rural Development having over 30 years of wide experience in NGO management, Program planning, fundraising, implementation and evaluation of women rights projects. Dharma Neethi founded Women’s Emancipation and Development Trust and worked for nearly 27 years towards women empowerment and gender equity. His innovative method of adding father and mother initials in the baby birth certificate gets popular among social activists and being replicated. He is a bachler of Law, supporting the poor get justice from the Corruption. He promoted an Integrated Farm and Export business company thus experienced in farming and trade related activities. He is an acupuncturist and electro homeopathi practitioner with valid education Diplomas. Undergone a number of trainers’ trainings through out India and attended International resource mobilization workshop at Sri Lanka. He is a good singer, actor and a Guinness Book of World Recorder in street play and was bestowed “Bharathi Puraskar Award” by Bharathi Yuva Kendra, Madurai.

Krishna Veni J
Completed higher secondary school and having a Diplamo in Nursing, Krishna Veni Jeyakodi has 10 years of experience as a committed social educator, supporting girl’s higher education, best counselor for drug addicts and domestic violence. She is good at career guidance and motivation. She also has working experience as a business woman selling construction materials in a rural mart. She leads child participation in environment and women livelihood support projects.
Mahesh Dharmaraj
Technical Trained in Higher Education having wide experience as microfinance professional, Mahesh Dharmaraj has over 5 years of experience in business management, credit policy designing and enterprise development. He has worked as a Credit Officer in Sri Finance Private Limited Company. He is leading a team responsible for all operational aspects of marketing of agri-produces, developing monitoring system for financial lending and the Farmer Producer Organisation.
